Lesser Wight

Lesser Wights are Veteran Monsters. They are Zombies. Like all Veterans, they deal increased damage and have increased health as compared to their Vanilla counterparts.

Spawning

Lesser Wights can spawn in the same locations as their Vanilla counterparts - almost anywhere in the Overworld at a light level of 7 or less.

All Veterans have a rare chance to spawn in place of another Vanilla monster. First, the chance to spawn a Veteran is rolled. Then, another roll is conducted to determine which Veteran will spawn.

Drops

Lesser Shades drop Vanilla zombie drops, Veteran Melee Drops, and additional iron bars.

Behavior

Lesser Wights behave like their Vanilla counterparts, but with a longer follow range.

Skills

The primary skill of Lesser Wights is Veteran Bleeding. They have a rare chance to inflict bleeding upon striking a player, which will deal additional damage over time.

Advancements

Killing a Lesser Wight is one possible way to complete the Kill a Veteran Advancement.
