Beat the Heat

Beat the Heat is a parkour challenge located in Infinitus at approximately X:70, Z:-70. It contains an interior and exterior section, and is the second of the basic parkour quests.
Access
Beat the Heat is accessed from the Questing Hall in Dawn's Landing by going upstairs and completing a small parkour section to talk to He Jumps Twice. The NPC will offer the player the quest Beat the heat (Daily), repeatable every twelve hours. Accepting the quest will teleport the player to the start of the course.
If the player has already accepted the quest, but leaves using "/spawn" or another similar command before completing it, or dies within the challenge without having set their home, they cannot re-accept the quest to re-enter the challenge without first quitting the quest with the command "/quests quit Beat the heat".
Challenge
The parkour challenge is composed of two parts. The first, an interior section, demands that the player navigate several jumps over a large pit of lava. As the player is first teleported to the challenge, a chat prompt encourages them to set home on the starting platform, as death incurred during the challenge will otherwise force them to quit and re-accept the quest to re-enter.
The second section, over the exterior, includes a winding staircase of stone brick platforms, some over the stone ceiling of the lava chamber, others directly over the abyss of Infinitus. This section provides a view of the grand cathedral located to the northeast.
On the final platform stands He Jumped Twice -- talking to this NPC will complete the quest, awarding 1 quest point and 100 gold.
